Jacky was engaged by Auckland Council to coordinate technical inputs to introduce new sites of significance to Mana Whenua to the Auckland Unitary Plan, through a plan change. This involved working collaboratively with Mana Whenua to provide guidance and training to help them better understand the Plan Change process, and to identify the key Mana Whenua values information required to support the protection of their cultural heritage sites.  

Jacky also provided support to the Team Leader to develop and maintain the work programme, budget management, financial reporting and preparation of workshop materials.
