Jacky Bartley

Jacky Bartley is a Planner and trusted local government advisor with over 18 years experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
She has advised local government organisations on a range of complex resource management and Māori planning issues, and has led resource consent processes for complex land use, land development and three waters projects.
Jacky works with public sector organisations to design and deliver opportunities for business improvements. She has also worked collaboratively with iwi, community groups and other stakeholders to develop funding policies, strategic plans, area spatial plans and conduct district and unitary plan reviews.
